Expedited orders must be received by 2pm EST to ship out same day.
International Shipping varies with location. For Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, and any other international shipping destinations, please select International Checkout when completing your order. Unless expressly required by applicable laws and rules, please note that all International Orders will be considered Final Sale and no Returns or Exchanges will be accepted.
Please note: a customer signature is required for all orders. THOM BROWNE WILL ONLY FULFILL ORDERS WITH MATCHING BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION; Orders may be shipped to their billing address.
All Sale items are FINAL SALE. "Final Sale" items cannot be exchanged, returned or price-adjusted due to limited quantities. For domestic shipments, you will be contacted by e-mail with a UPS tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or freight forwarders.
Deliveries require a signature unless requested otherwise.
As a precaution and courtesy to our customers, we can only fulfill orders with matching Billing and Shipping information; you may only ship to your billing address.
Thom Browne reserves the right to decline an order if invalid billing and/or shipping information is given.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 20 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
1. All merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be in new/unused condition with tickets attached.
3. All returns must have a Return Number, which can be generated on thombrowne.com.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM
To create a return, log onto your thombrowne.com account. If you checked out as a guest, you may access your order details using your order number and email. Access your Order History and click “CREATE A RETURN.” Select the item(s) you wish to return and your return reason, and a Return Number will be generated for you. Please document your name and Return Number on the packing slip and include it with your merchandise. Using your preferred carrier, mail your product back to:

We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference. Please allow up to two weeks after the return is received for your refund or exchange to be processed.
Please note that Thom Browne reserves the right to refuse a return if the store policy is not observed.
International shipping for thombrowne.com will be completed through International Checkout. Please note that duties, taxes and fees will be calculated at the time of checkout. You may opt to pay for fees with your purchase, or to pay upon delivery.

Your Thom Browne order will be processed and shipped by International Checkout. Once you have completed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. International Checkout will place the order with Thom Browne on your behalf, receive it at their depot, and ship it at your doorstep.
Sale tax will automatically be added to deliveries within New York State.
