We ship worldwide via premium carriers. Deliveries are made between 9 AM-6 PM PST, Monday-Friday; however, these shipping times should be used as an estimate only, as the following may be a cause for delay: inclement weather, package congestion, etc. Please note that some services may not be available in all regions. Provide address at point of checkout to see available shipping services.

SALES TAX AND DUTIES
United States sales tax is based on the state to which the order is shipped and all taxes will be added to the order total at checkout. If shipping to New York, sales tax will be applied.

For all other regions, the import duty is not included in the listed online price. As a customer, you will be responsible for import duties and/or taxes incurred by the destination region.
RUSSIA
Your order will not be taxed unless your monthly import allowance exceeds the €1000 price point and/or weight limit of 31 kg. If your order exceeds the above import allowance, tax to be paid is 30% of the exceeding amount.
Orders under 200 EUR will not be charged any duties. Orders over 200 EUR will be charged 15% of the exceeding value over 200 EUR. These will be required to be payed through DHL.
For registration and correct handling procedures, you will be required to submit a copy of your passport (and any other additional paperwork as per their request).
EXOTIC MATERIALS
California law makes it unlawful to import into the state for commercial purposes, to possess with intent to sell, or to sell within the state, the dead body or any part or product thereof of: crocodile, alligator, polar bear, leopard, ocelot, tiger, cheetah, jaguar, sable antelope, wolf, zebra, whale, cobra, python, sea turtle, colobus monkey, kangaroo, vicuna, sea otter, free-roaming feral horse, dolphin or porpoise, Spanish lynx, or elephant. For international orders, similar laws may apply in your jurisdiction.
Items subject to these laws must be removed from a customer’s shopping cart or the order's ship-to address changed to an address in a different state or jurisdiction.
CLICK-AND-COLLECT
Thom Browne is pleased to offer a click-and-collect service. You can now purchase online and then collect your order from the following stores: New York, San Francisco, London, Milan, and Tokyo.
How it works:
1. Add an item to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout
2. At checkout, select “Ship to a Store”
3. Select a store from the list of participating locations
4. Enter your details and complete the secure online payment
5. You will receive separate emails when the order is processed and then ready to collect
6. Upon pickup, please provide a valid form of ID that matches the name provided on the order; a printed (or digital) copy of the order confirmation email will also be required
7. The order will be held at your chosen store for 10 days before it is returned for a refund
Is there a charge for click-and-collect?
This service is free of charge.
How long are orders kept in store for collection?
You have 10 days from receiving the “ready to collect" email to pick up the order from your chosen store. If you do not collect your item within 10 days, it will be returned to the original store. The store will then process your refund.
How do I return my item to a store?
If you process your return through our free-returns service, you have 14 days from receiving your 'order is ready to collect email' to return the item to the store you collected from. Alternatively, you can use the free collection service even if you picked up your order from a store. Simply sign into “My Account”, navigate to “Orders & Returns” and follow the instructions to return the item.
Cancellation Rights: If you process your return through your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, this option is not applicable.
How long do I have to return an item if I have decided to return my item to a store?
All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of the “your order is ready to collect email”.
Can I change the collection store for my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the collection store once your order has been placed.
Can someone else collect my order?
Collection can only be made by the person whose name was provided upon checkout. A valid form of ID that matches this name and a printed (or digital) copy of the order confirmation email are required as well. These are to be presented to a sales associate upon request.
