springtime in paris. laughter in the air. music through the trees. songbirds and pinwheels. a breeze.
lobsters and whales on skirts and ties. crabs on cardigans, anchors on trousers, and gnomes in their homes on shirts and sleeves.
a mix of prints, a pop of colors.
at the carnival, a stick of cotton candy for our star kandi. treats are better, of course, in fun-mix shorts or a repp stripe tie.
at the park, over a hill, we spot the ever-elusive gentleman gnome. his uniform is sharp: high-armhole sportcoat, classic tie, white oxford shirt, skinny-fit short.
his duo of companions stand side-by-side, in sack overcoats and round-frame glasses. with a bunch of balloons they salute the season. “3, 2, 1...”
